This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing refunds for subscriptions and payments made through BreakSyncer ("we," "us," or "our") at breaksyncer.com. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All subscription payments made to BreakSyncer are final and non-refundable.
When you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Business), you are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By completing your purchase, you understand and agree that all charges are non-refundable, regardless of whether you use the Service for the full duration of your billing period.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings under the Billing section or by contacting us. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to paid features until the billing period expires.
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan at the end of the billing period.
- No refund will be issued for any unused time remaining in your current billing period.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
3. Downgrading or Changing Plans
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. No refund or credit will be issued for the difference in plan pricing for the current billing period. If you upgrade your plan, you may be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered at the sole and absolute discretion of BreakSyncer only in the following extraordinary circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error.
- Extended service outage: If the Service experienced a prolonged, unscheduled outage that materially prevented you from using the platform for a significant portion of your billing period.
- Billing errors: If an error on our part resulted in an incorrect charge amount.
Even in these circumstances, refunds are not guaranteed and are granted solely at our discretion. To request a review, you must contact us within 14 days of the charge in question.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate account suspension pending resolution of the dispute
- Permanent account termination if the chargeback is determined to be illegitimate
- Loss of all data associated with your account
- Collection action for the disputed amount plus any fees incurred by us as a result of the chargeback
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe to be unwarranted and to provide evidence of the legitimate transaction to your financial institution.
6. Free Plan
BreakSyncer offers a free plan that allows you to explore the core functionality of the Service before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate the free plan before upgrading. The availability of a free plan is one of the reasons all paid subscription sales are final.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
