There is no trial period, but the free plan gives you 2 breaks per month to try the platform with no commitment. You can upgrade anytime from Settings > Billing.

BreakSyncer offers 4 randomization modes: Standard Random, Weighted, Snake Draft, and Team-Based. Each uses a cryptographically random algorithm to ensure complete fairness for every participant.

Go to your break's Shipping tab. You can generate shipping labels in bulk or individually. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to customers via email once created.

Yes! Share your order lookup page at breaksyncer.com/orders/lookup. Customers can search by email address, order ID, or tracking number to check their order status.

We currently integrate with TikTok Shop (available on Pro+ plans) with eBay integration coming soon (Business+ plans). More platform integrations are on the roadmap.

After exceeding your plan's monthly break limit, additional breaks are billed at tiered rates: $1.50 each (1–100 over), $2.50 each (101–200 over), and $3.50 each (201+ over).

Yes, go to Settings > Billing to change your plan. Changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of your billing period.

Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. Your account stays active and fully functional until the end of your current billing period.

BreakSyncer is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On your phone, tap "Add to Home Screen" in your browser for an app-like experience. A native mobile app is coming soon.

Your buyers can register at /portal to view their orders, hits, and card collection across all of your breaks. It gives them a self-service dashboard.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We will email you a secure reset link that expires in 1 hour.

Yes. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management, and your payment data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI compliant). We never store credit card numbers on our servers.
